Service Description

This complimentary discovery call is a focused conversation designed to explore your current leadership landscape, your goals, and what is calling for change in this season of your life or organization. This is not a coaching session. It is an intentional space for clarity, alignment, and honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go. During our time together, we will look at what is working, what is no longer serving you, and what is getting in the way of your next level of leadership. You will also gain insight into what intentional leadership coaching could look like for you through one of my guided experiences: Voice to Vision, Vision to Strategy, or Strategy to Impact. This call is for leaders who are ready to think differently, lead with more clarity, and step into a more grounded and purposeful way of showing up in their work and influence. If there is alignment, I will share the next best step for moving forward together. If not, you will still leave with greater clarity about your direction. This is about alignment, not obligation.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all clients, please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended beyond the scheduled session window. Preparation Come prepared with any questions, documents, or ideas you’d like to discuss. Session Format All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. A Zoom link will be sent to you upon booking confirmation. Disclaimer Sessions are designed to offer personalized insight, direction, and support.
