Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended beyond the scheduled session window. Preparation Come prepared with any questions, documents, or ideas you’d like to discuss. Session Format All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.
