Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all clients, please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and a pre-session questionnaire to help us make the most of our time together. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended beyond the scheduled session window. Preparation Come prepared with any questions, documents, or ideas you’d like to discuss. Please complete the pre-session form at least 12 hours before your session. Session Format All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. A Zoom link will be sent to you upon booking confirmation.
