Digital Products
All digital downloads, templates, workbooks, and training materials are non-refundable. Once the file has been delivered, it cannot be returned.Physical Products
Physical items purchased through the online store or through my POS system are eligible for an exchange only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within seven days of delivery or purchase.
